HOW DOES ONLINE TRAINING WORK?

We will start with a free consultation over the phone or on a video call. Following this, workouts will take place over video call for me to see how your body is moving and enable me to guide you through the session. Verbal feedback is important as technology can't always convey the finer points of body language!

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Clothes should comfortable and non-restrictive. Footwear should provide adequate support. In the winter months it is recommended you wear layers and bring warm clothes to wear post session. Wearing breathable clothing, plenty of water and suncream in the summer months.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

My location is Epsom and the surrounding area, along with home visits. I also have a private gym at home.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

We aim to train outdoors providing it is safe. However, I will let you know if it is unsafe and we will need to rearrange the session or join me in my private gym.

WHAT TYPES OF TRAINING DO YOU DO?

The type of training session I cover includes a mixture of cardio, strength, core, balance, agility and flexibility as well as functional training. This all depends on your goals and preferences.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT?

Just yourself, a bottle of water and appropriate clothing & footwear. You may also want to bring a small towel. Please bring clean indoor shoes to the sessions if working out in my private gym.

HOW LONG DO THE SESSIONS LAST?

Each session is 45 minutes for face to face and 30 minutes for online. This includes your warm up and warm down.

CAN I TRAIN WITH A FRIEND?

Of course! I offer one-to-one training, training in pairs and group sessions up to five people.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A SESSION?

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee.
